Noureen deWulf is a native of New Yorker born in February 1984. The actress was always fascinated by becoming an actor. The foundations of her profession when she enrolled at the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles immediately after her graduation. In 2005, she was offered a prominent role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at the Sundance Film Festival, but it was also shown at other festivals throughout the world. Furthermore it won an Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards. It also paved the way to Noureen DeWulf's successful future. Her career began as a kid actor, performing in movies such like Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and All I Want for christmas (1991). The actress became famous in 1999 when her performance on American Beauty gained worldwide recognition. After Ghost World, which was very well-received and garnered her an Golden Globe Award nomination, she was then featured in American Beauty.
