Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Roberts is part of the Robertses' fourth generation to reside in the Atlanta area, starting by her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Her father had keen interest from a young age in the stage. As a student in Emory University he appeared in diverse productions, both at and off the campus. He joined the Air Force in 1953. During his time working in Biloxi Mississippi was cast in the military's production, which featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was part of Air Force. Eric Anthony was their first born. They got married in the year 1957. In 1957 the couple left the Air Force and Walter enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the couple relocated in Decatur Georgia. In 1964, Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television program known as Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded on their own. They also created the six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later the same year. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also also known as Julie) during this period.
