Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February, 1984 in New York City. Her entire life she showed a amount of enthusiasm for becoming an actor professionally. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for an enviable career. Noureen began auditioning for roles following her graduation. In 2005 she got a prominent role in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere in the Sundance Film Festival of 2005, and it was also shown at many other festivals. Additionally, it was awarded the Oscar nod for Best Live Action Short Film during the 79th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's success.
